Terms of service
Last updated October 16, 2026
1. Who we are
Indexing Guard (the "service") is owned and operated by Terrell Groggins ("we"). By using the service or paying for a plan you agree to these terms.
2. The service
The service checks the list of URLs and fields your build sends and returns sitemaps and a report. Search engines decide what they index and rank. We do not promise rankings, traffic or indexing.
3. Your account and API key
Your API key is for your organisation only. Keep it secret and do not share your API key with anyone outside it. You are responsible for all use of your key. Tell us right away if it leaks and we will replace it.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and you will not be charged again. We do not give refunds for part-used months. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we will make it right. Plan limits (URLs per build, builds per day) are shown on the pricing section of our site.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to work out how the service makes its decisions, including by sending test or synthetic inputs designed to map its behaviour;
- use the service or its outputs to build, train or improve a competing product or service;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the service, its API or its outputs to third parties;
- share your API key, or use the service for sites you do not own or operate;
- attack, overload or probe the service for weaknesses, or exceed your plan's limits by splitting use across keys.
6. Our intellectual property
The service, its software, rules, name, logo and design belong to Terrell Groggins and are protected by intellectual property laws. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your plan is active. You keep all rights to the data you send us.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access at any time, with or without notice, if you break these terms, do not pay, or put the service at risk. Your build is designed to keep working without us, so suspension never stops your own deploys.
8. Availability and disclaimers
We aim for high availability but provide the service as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for how search engines treat your site.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost traffic, revenue or profit.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use means you accept the update. Questions: terrell@myartmyrules.com.
